1/3 general: - please read these terms of service before commissioning me.- you must be 18+ years old to order a commission.- i may turn down a commission for any reason, and without explanation.- there are no dumb questions - please feel free to contact me! :) i won't draw: - sexually explicit content
   - suggestive elements are okay, with discretion.- fetish content

2/3 payment + refunds: - commissions are paid upfront through a paypal invoice.
   - only send payment through the invoice.
   - work only begins after payment is confirmed.- no refunds, unless i cannot complete the commission.
   - you will be refunded for the amount of work not yet completed.- do not ever initiate a paypal chargeback. if you have a dispute, talk to me first. process: - i can communicate through email, discord, instagram, tumblr, or bluesky.
   - note: images can't be sent through DMs on bluesky.- i will try to update you regularly of your commission's progress.- you will receive a digital artwork upon completion; nothing will be physically delivered to you.

3/3 usage: - i may publish any commission i make for social media or portfolios.- you may:
   - use your commission for personal/noncommercial purposes.
     - includes posting on social media, using as an icon or banner, etc.
     - please credit me when possible!- you may not:
   - use your commission for profit/commercial purposes.
   - claim it as your own work.
   - edit it without disclosure.
   - use it to train ai models, or any related purpose.
